If your bucket list doesn’t have Cyclone Anaya’s Carne Asada on it, your list definitely isn’t complete. This picture already says more than 1000 words but let me give you a few. Decadent, delicious, perfectly prepared and most importantly…simply scrumptious. This steak is everything you’ve ever dreamed of and put it together with everything else and it’s practically artwork. You’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t indulge in this dish.

If you like seafood ceviche, the little less liquidy kind, that’s spectacular here too. And for the 21 and over crowd, if you want a drink that’s going to have you feeling real nice, try the frozen house Margarita with an upside bottle of champagne, it’s too good to miss out on.
