If there was fresh snapper, crusted with crab, on a bed on mashed potatoes and asparagus, most people may consider ordering it. But when this fish is swimming in a lemon-butter sauce, you know its the real deal. By far the most popular dish at Hog Snappers, and definitely one you don’t want to pass up.

If trying new things doesn’t bother you, then dive into this crusted hogfish. Well prepared, super fresh and with great flavor. And on the side, the U-Tiki potatoes are decadent. Packed full of the melt in your mouth tenderness and just coated in absolute liquid goodness. Worth the try, you won’t regret it.

Now if you go to Food Shack to try out the Monday Fish Special, bring your appetite. Grilled Cobia fish, Mashed Pumpkin and some of the most insane “coleslaw” that you’ll ever try. The fish, tender…the pumpkin, tasty…the coleslaw, fresher than fresh. Different textures, different flavors, but they all come together in one unforgettable dish.

Although it may look like one big mess, this Hawaiian Panko Fried Calamari was ridiculous. Calamari in the shape of chicken tenders with a great crunch. Then throw in some pineapples, rice, onion and the most tasty sauce to pull it all together. Perfection. And its only an appetizer.
