Now I don’t regular Thai food on the east coast, but Thai Tom’s would be a regular spot if we had one close. A small, hole in the wall restaurant in the University of Washington area and it’s worth the trip. The Phad Thai was incredible, and cool some of that heat down with a Thai ice tea.

Before digging into this Caribbean Pork sandwich, be sure to pack extra napkins because that flavor just drips out of this delicacy. Loaded with slow-cooked and juicy pork and just exploding with onion, lettuce, jalapeños and a secret sauce; they should consider putting this sandwich on a pedestal. You won’t be disappointed, guaranteed.

Now it goes without saying that most people love doughnuts, at least most people I know. Maple syrup has never killed anybody and it should be fact by now that bacon goes great on anything. That’s why these Maple Bacon doughnuts logically are a must try down at the Daily Dozen in Pike Place Market. A huge tourist attraction for the Seattle area full of small stands with fresh fruits and even “flying fish” that you’ll have to see to believe.
Address: Daily Dozen Doughnuts, 93 Pike St #7, Seattle, WA 98101
